About the Author

Joseph Manjaly is a specialty registrar on the London North Thames ear, nose and throat rotation. He graduated from Bristol University, gaining a first-class intercalated BSc in physiology. He co-authored the first edition of this book whilst a core trainee in Wessex deanery before gaining one of the four London North Thames training posts awarded at national selection in 2012.
